1. Problem detection
In the Public Free edition report, you can see only whether your application is suffering from a problem or not, Whereas in Premium and Enterprise editions, GCeasy applies several heuristics and machine learning algorithms to detect various garbage collection, memory-related problems. It also provides recommendations, JVM settings to address those problems.
2. Users
In the Public Free and Premium edition, only one user can use the account, whereas in Enterprise Edition, any number of users in your organization can use the tool. There is no restriction on the number of users who can use the tool. Enterprise Edition provides integration with your internal LDAP/SAML provider to facilitate single Sign-On. 3. Uploads
In the Public Free edition, 25 uploads and 25 REST API calls can be made in a month with 10 mb/file.
In Premium edition, 50 uploads and 50 REST API calls can be with 300mb/file
Whereas in Enterprise edition, uploads, REST API calls and file size are unlimited
4. Security
In the Public Free and Premium edition, data is stored and runs on our cloud whereas in Enterprise edition, data is stored and runs on your on-premise. The primary reason why our customers buy Enterprise Edition is security. GC Log from the production environment is considered as CONFIDENTIAL information in several enterprises. Thus, major enterprises do not want to transmit their confidential information on the internet and process it on our servers.
5. 100% Automatic data capturing and analysis
In the Public Free and Premium Edition, someone has to manually capture GC logs from your production environment and then manually upload the GC logs to the tool for analysis. Whereas in Enterprise Edition, it is both automatic and manual. GC logs are automatically captured using platform-independent ‘Go lang’ scripts and analyzed. This ‘Go Lang’ script not only captures GC logs but also captures a lot more artifacts to identify the root cause of the performance problem instantly.
